Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We believe in providing the best customer service possible. Our goal is for you to have a positive experience, even when things go wrong… as they sometimes do! We have developed the following policy to help guide you in the event of a return or replacement request. This policy applies to purchases made online with our company store. if you purchased your product from a retail store or other online source, please contact the place of purchase. Otherwise… here are the rules…

Refunds

All sales are final. We cannot issue credit or refunds unless there is a verified manufacturer’s defect or another issue on our end.

  • In the case of manufacturer’s defect, we have a 30-day return policy. all return or refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Certain exceptions may apply, but we reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds.
  • Return requests may be emailed to [email protected] and please put “CLAIM” in the subject line. You must include your order number, copy of receipt, reason for return, and your contact information. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping once a return is approved.
  • Refunds and returns will not be accepted in the event of unused products or products that more than 6 months past their bottle date.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a representative will contact you to discuss details for refund payment.
  • Refunds should be paid out within 5 business days however we ask that you please allow 2-4 weeks from the date the refund is approved.

We accept returns for the following conditions:

  • If the order shipped is not what was ordered.
  • Product is spoiled on delivery – Proof required, for example, a bottle of product which has the seal INTACT and mold/spoilage is present.

We do NOT accept returns or refund requests for the following:

  • Damage caused by the shipping company to the box or labels. All products will leave our store in appropriate packaging and will have been inspected for Quality. We cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
  • Lost or misplaced shipments.
  • Bottom Line: It is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company to file a claim in the event of a lost or damaged shipment. Once the package is picked up or dropped off to the requested shipping method, it is out of our hands. We do not offer refunds or free replacements under any circumstances if the problem occurs during shipping.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

One exception – If you purchased a case, we may issue a refund for individual bottles depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to Manufacturer defect. In the event of an approved replacement, we will provide a direct replacement of the same item. No substitutions. If for some reason the original item is no longer available and we do not carry a suitable replacement of the same product, we may issue a refund. Contact support to arrange an exchange.

Shipping returns

When a return is approved, you will be provided with a shipping address to ship your returns to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund from the company, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where the return is shipping from, please allow 2-4 weeks for the package to reach us and a return to ship to you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
